Account & Login

Creating an account on 9999bet is straightforward. Head over to the Register page, fill in your mobile number, choose a username and password, and confirm you are 18 or older. Your account is active right away. Make sure you use your real mobile number because it is needed for account verification and withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Go to the Login page and tap the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and follow the steps shown on screen. You will receive a reset code on your mobile. Once you enter it correctly, you can set a new password and log back in without any delay.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Having multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all linked accounts being suspended. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please reach out to our support team via live chat and they will sort it out quickly.

Log in to your account and go to your profile or account settings section. Most basic details can be updated directly from there. For sensitive changes like your registered mobile number, you will need to contact live support to verify your identity first. This is in place to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Deposits

9999bet supports all the major payment options used across Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct Bank Transfer, debit or credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there is no currency conversion involved. Head to the Deposit page for full details and minimum amounts.

JazzCash and Easypa isa deposits are typically credited to your 9999bet account within a few minutes. During peak hours — like when a PSL match is live — there may occasionally be a short delay of up to 15 minutes due to network load. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact live support with the reference number.

Yes, minimum deposit amounts vary slightly depending on the payment method you choose. Generally, the minimums are kept low so that players at every budget level can participate. Visit the Deposit page to see the exact minimum for JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfers. There are no hidden charges added by 9999bet on deposits.

First, wait at least 30 minutes as some bank transfers can take a little longer to process. If the amount still has not appeared, do not make another deposit. Instead, contact our 24/7 live support team with your transaction ID, the amount, and the payment method used. Our team resolves most pending deposit cases within a couple of hours.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure the account or wallet number you enter matches your registered details to avoid any delays.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually processed within a few hours. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take up to one business day depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or on public holidays can sometimes take slightly longer. You can track the status of your withdrawal from the account dashboard after submitting.

Withdrawals can be held for a few reasons: your account may need identity verification if it has not been completed yet, there may be an active bonus with wagering requirements that have not been met, or the withdrawal details entered do not match the name on your account. Check your account notifications first, and if it is still unclear, contact our support team directly for a quick explanation.

Yes, minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by method. Visit the Withdrawal page for up-to-date figures. In general, the minimums are set at a low PKR threshold to keep things accessible. For larger amounts, the platform may request an additional verification step to protect your funds.

Sports Betting & Cricket

Absolutely. Cricket is the heart of our sports betting section. You will find pre-match and live odds for Pakistan Super League (PSL) games, T20 internationals, Test matches, and all major international cricket series involving Pakistan and other top nations. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total sixes, over-by-over runs, and many more. Head to the Bet section to see what is currently available.

Yes, live in-play betting is one of the most popular features on 9999bet. Once a match kicks off, the odds update ball by ball so you can bet on the next wicket, next boundary, or overall match result while the action is happening. A stable internet connection is recommended for in-play betting to make sure your bets are placed without lag. The mobile app is particularly good for this.

Beyond cricket, 9999bet covers Football — including international matches and major club leagues — as well as Esports titles that are growing fast among younger Pakistani players. The full list of available sports and current markets is always visible on the Bet page. New sports and tournaments are added regularly, especially around major events.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake by the odds at the time you placed the bet. Once a match or event settles — usually within minutes of the final result — your winnings are automatically credited to your 9999bet PKR balance. You can then withdraw them or use them for further bets. Check your recent Wins at any time from the dedicated Wins page.

Live Casino & Games

The Live Casino section features real-time table games hosted by live dealers, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti variants, and several game-show style options like Crazy Time. All games are streamed in HD and run around the clock. You can chat with dealers and other players during the game, which gives it a genuine casino feel without leaving your home.

Yes. Live casino games use physical equipment — real cards and real roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers on camera in real time. There is no RNG software involved in live dealer games, which is why many players prefer them over standard online slots. The outcome depends entirely on the physical action of the game, just like in a real casino setting.

Yes, the live casino is fully mobile-optimised. It works well on mid-range Android phones and iPhones alike. For the best streaming quality, a 4G connection or Wi-Fi is recommended. You can also use the dedicated 9999bet App, which provides a smoother live casino experience with lower data usage and faster load times than the browser version.

Mobile App

Visit the App page on 9999bet and follow the download instructions for Android. Since the app is not listed on the Google Play Store, you will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone's security settings before installing the APK file. The process is simple and the page walks you through each step. iOS users can access the platform through the mobile browser or check the App page for the latest iOS options.

Yes, the app is completely free to download and install. There are no subscription fees or charges for using the app itself. You only spend money when you place actual bets or make deposits, which works exactly the same as on the website. The app is regularly updated to improve performance and add new features.

Responsible Gaming

9999bet provides several self-management tools within your account. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, configure session time reminders, or take a voluntary cooling-off break if you feel you need one. These tools are designed to help you keep your betting enjoyable and within a budget that works for you. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for a full breakdown of available options.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 9999bet. When you create an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We take this seriously — any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately and any funds held will be returned according to our standard process. Betting is an adult activity and should only be done responsibly by those of legal age.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of 9999bet

  • Keep your registered mobile number up to date — it is essential for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals.
  • Check the Wins page regularly to see real payouts from other players and get a feel for active games.
  • Use the Platform page to understand all the features available before you start betting.
  • Set a weekly budget before you start, not after — it is much easier to stick to a limit you decided on with a clear head.
  • If you are new to cricket betting, start with simple match-winner markets on T20 games rather than jumping straight into complex accumulators.
  • Download the App for a faster, more reliable in-play betting experience, especially during PSL nights.
