01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 9999bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing 9999bet at 9999bet.plus, downloading the mobile app, or placing any bet or wager through our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 9999bet, including the sportsbook, live casino, virtual games, and all promotional or bonus programmes. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 9999bet.

If you access the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that person accepts full responsibility for compliance. In practice, 9999bet requires all accounts to be personal accounts held in the account holder's own name — no account may be operated on behalf of a third party.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use 9999bet you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 9999bet does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending age verification.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 9999bet account. Creating more than one account — whether to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful and complete information during registration, including your full name, Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to keep this information up to date. 9999bet may request supporting documents to verify any information you provide.
• Personal use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you act as an agent for any other person in placing bets.

9999bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created with false information may be closed and any funds associated with fraudulent registrations may be forfeited.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password and PIN confidential and not sharing them with anyone
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Enabling biometric login on the mobile app where your device supports it
• Notifying 9999bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

9999bet will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you contact support to report a suspected compromise, we will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but we cannot reverse bets or transactions that were made prior to the report being received.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 9999bet complies with any applicable local rules or requirements in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand the situation in your area before using the platform.

04 Deposits and Payments

9999bet processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may change from time to time.

• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Funds obtained through credit, loans, or from third parties must not be deposited.
• Registered name match: The payment method you use must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts held by third parties will be returned and may trigger a review of your account.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within three minutes. Raast and bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. 9999bet is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• No deposit fees: 9999bet does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

9999bet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing large deposits. This is a standard measure to protect all players on the platform.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If your deposit method cannot receive funds, you may be asked to provide an alternative PKR account in your own name.

• Verification requirement: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically involves confirming your mobile number and submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or passport.
• Processing time: Verified accounts are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing during operational hours. Withdrawals requested outside processing hours are queued for the next available cycle.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account at the point of making a withdrawal request. This amount may change and is updated in the platform.
• Right to review: 9999bet may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 9999bet sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules that apply to each sport and market type.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation message with a reference number. Bets that fail to confirm due to network issues or platform errors are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed. If the odds have changed at confirmation, you will be prompted to accept the new odds before the bet is placed.
• Abandoned matches: If a cricket match, PSL fixture, football match or other event is abandoned before the result is determined , the bet will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance, unless the market result was already determined at the point of abandonment.
• Void bets: 9999bet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or on events that did not take place as described. Voided bets have stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets for PSL, T20 internationals and other events update in real time. A short delay may exist between the on-field action and the market suspension. Bets placed during this window are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be voided if placed after the relevant event has already occurred.
• Maximum bet limits: Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits vary by sport, event and market type and are shown at the point of placing a bet.
• Multiple bets: Accumulator and combination bets are permitted. Each selection within a multiple must be on a separate event. Combining selections from the same match or event into a multiple is not permitted.

In any dispute over the outcome of a bet, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football — will be used as the reference.

07 Live Casino Rules

The 9999bet live casino features real dealer table games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and additional variants. The following rules apply to all live casino activity on the platform.

• Technical disconnections: If your internet connection drops during a live casino round, any bet that was already confirmed before the disconnection stands and will be settled according to the result. 9999bet is not responsible for losses caused by your connection issues.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a genuine software or stream malfunction that prevents a round from being completed fairly, the round will be declared void and all stakes returned. Normal results from properly completed rounds are final regardless of any technical issues on your device.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each live casino table has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed on the table before you join. Stakes above the table maximum will not be accepted.
• Fair play: The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit dealer patterns or game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

9999bet runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season. Every promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without replacement.
• Bonus abuse: 9999bet monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. If abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Right to withdraw: 9999bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999bet platform. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or mispricings in odds or game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion
• Sharing account access with other individuals
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the platform's technology

9999bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or match manipulation. Accounts involved in such activity will be suspended pending investigation and funds may be frozen until investigations are concluded.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

9999bet may suspend or close an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached in a material way
• The account holder has provided false or fraudulent information
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Continuing to operate the account would put the platform or other players at risk

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any real-money balance remaining after deducting outstanding liabilities will be returned to you via your registered payment method, unless the balance is itself the subject of the investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited in cases of breach.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. If you wish to take a break from the platform, the self-exclusion tools available through account settings may be more appropriate than full closure — see Section 12 for details.

11 Privacy and Data

9999bet collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the platform. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as set out in that policy.

13 Limitation of Liability

• 9999bet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in that month

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

9999bet may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, our services, or applicable requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before it comes into effect.
